4. Pricing and Additional Costs
The rates for each service are as specified on the "Services" page. All displayed prices include consumption tax (10%).
As an additional cost, an express fee of 50% of the base price will be added for urgent requests. Furthermore, shipping costs for the return of original media shall be borne by the customer. For more details, please refer to the pricing regulations in the Terms of Service.
5. Payment Methods and Timing
Payment is accepted via bank transfer or in-person payment at our studio.
As a general rule, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required upon placing the order. The remaining balance is payable upon completion and delivery of the services. For B2B (corporate) contracts, deferred payment within 30 days is available based on a separate agreement.
6. Service Delivery (Turnaround)
The standard turnaround time is 14 business days from the receipt of the materials. However, this may vary depending on the volume and condition of the media (e.g., if mold removal is required). An accurate delivery date will be provided during the individual estimation process.
7. Cancellations and Returns
Due to the nature of digital conversion services, cancellations after the work has commenced and returns or refunds after delivery are generally not accepted.
However, if a significant defect in the data is found due to our negligence, we will promptly perform re-work or provide a refund. Please refer to the liability section in the Terms of Service.
8. Infrastructure and Legal Compliance
The hosting of this website is entrusted to XServer Co., Ltd. (〒530-0011 大阪府大阪市北区大深町4-20 グランフロント大阪 タワーA 32F).
Our operations comply with the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, the Consumer Contract Act, and the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI).
